Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Crackers & Cucumbers, including photographic prints, framed artwork, and other products offered through crackersandcucumbers.com.

1. Made-to-Order Artwork

Our photographic prints and framed artwork are produced specifically for each order. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the photograph, size, print finish, framing option, quantity, shipping address, and other selections associated with your order.

2. Artwork Appearance

We make every reasonable effort to represent our photographs accurately online. However, the appearance of a physical print may differ slightly from what you see on a phone, tablet, computer monitor, or other digital display.

Differences in screen brightness, calibration, ambient lighting, print medium, ink, paper, framing materials, and viewing conditions can affect color, contrast, brightness, texture, and tone.

Minor differences between a digital preview and the finished physical artwork are not considered manufacturing defects.

Cropping may also vary slightly between different print sizes or aspect ratios when necessary to produce the selected format.

3. Production & Fulfillment

Crackers & Cucumbers works with professional third-party production and fulfillment partners to print, frame, package, and ship our artwork.

Production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur because of production requirements, quality control, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply availability, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If we become aware of a significant issue affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order and production can begin quickly, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at crackersandcucumbers@gmail.com .

If production has already begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

5. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and special offers may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or product restrictions.

Promotions apply only during the stated promotional period.
Offers may be limited to qualifying products or customers.
Discounts have no cash value.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Discounts may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Crackers & Cucumbers reserves the right to correct pricing, promotional, product-description, or listing errors.

6. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or other customer-provided shipping information may be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping times, delivery estimates, lost shipments, and related matters are addressed in our separate Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

Because our artwork is produced specifically for each order, made-to-order products are generally considered final sale.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifying orders are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All photographs, artwork, written material, logos, branding, designs, and other original content displayed by Crackers & Cucumbers remain the intellectual property of Crackers & Cucumbers or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright, licensing rights, reproduction rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

Artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, commercially distributed, published, licensed, used to create derivative products, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

Crackers & Cucumbers photographs may not be used to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without prior written authorization.

9. Ownership of Physical Artwork

The purchaser owns the physical print or framed artwork purchased from us.

You may display it, gift it, or resell that original physical piece. Ownership of the physical artwork does not include the right to reproduce or authorize reproductions of the underlying photograph.

10. Commercial Use & Licensing

Purchasing artwork does not grant permission to use the photograph for advertising, editorial publication, marketing, merchandise, commercial display, branding, or other commercial purposes.

Commercial licensing may be available separately. Contact us to discuss licensing or usage rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crackers & Cucumbers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, shipment, possession, display, or use of our products.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, our total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to Crackers & Cucumbers for that order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
